Services Provided
Double D Carpet Care provides professional carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, pet odor treatment, and related services. Service results may vary depending on the condition, age, and material of the surfaces being cleaned.
Estimates & Pricing
All quotes and estimates are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may change if additional services, heavy soiling, or extra square footage are identified upon arrival.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept approved payment methods at the time of service. Failure to pay may result in additional fees or collection actions.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We ask that customers provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Stain & Odor Disclaimer
While we use professional equipment and cleaning methods, some stains and odors may be permanent due to factors such as age, chemical damage, or prior treatments. Pet urine contamination may require multiple treatments or subsurface extraction for full removal.
Drying Time
Drying times vary depending on carpet type, humidity, airflow, and cleaning conditions. We are not responsible for extended drying times due to environmental factors.
Furniture Moving
Light furniture may be moved as part of the service. We do not move heavy, fragile, or valuable items including electronics, beds, or large furniture. The customer is responsible for removing breakable items prior to service.
Property Access
The customer is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not available, a service fee may apply.
Liability
Double D Carpet Care is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage or wear
Loose seams, backing issues, or installation defects
Damage caused by improper prior cleaning or treatments
Commercial & Property Management Work
For rental properties, property managers, or vacant homes, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure utilities (water and electricity) are active at the time of service.
